Q4 2025 Update:

  • ⁠Rental Agreement Projected Start: May 2026.
  • ⁠Construction: The project is 53% complete. Currently focusing on the structure, roofing, flooring and walls to ensure enclosure of property by the end of February.
  • Financing: 67% of the project has been funded. Daoment invested its final portion of equity during Nov-25 after the last Capital Call. Additionally, $17M project financing was approved by Banregio during Oct-25; 50% of the financing has been disposed.
  • CFE: FINSA is working with CFE to obtain connection by Mar-26. We currently have the rights to the 4,000 KVAs required for the project, however, it is unclear if CFE will have the grid capacity for the full amount of KVAs required. In the meantime, we are evaluating alternative energy sources for the remaining KVAs, like natural gas-powered plants and solar panels.
